Would it be possible to relocate National Smile Week to this week? The waters of my life are so turbulent and stormy. The dark cloud above never seems to dissipate. The rug is always pulled out from under my feet. Like Poe's sweet lady who coughs up some blood, signaling impending doom! Etc. Etc. So, can it be relocated?
