Hypericum Berries

Hypericum Berries are a popular accent!
Available in many colors: peach, yellow, green, orange and shades of pink & red, Hypericum Berries have an interesting history.
Records from the Middle Ages document that during the Crusades, Knights of St. John used this plant to heal wounds. Thus, the common name "St. John's Wort" for this plant. Medicinally, the plant is also used to treat depression.

I do remember hearing a rumor that this plant or berry had PROZAC-like effects on a person. Now, finding out that it is used in the medicinal herb, I guess that confirms it!!!
