Baby's Breath
Baby's breath is known as Gypsophila or Gyp in the floral industry. The name is derived from "gypos" (gypsum) and "philos" (loving) in reference to the plants' love for soils high in calcium. Baby's breath plants will die if the soil conditions are not right.
